All things must come to an end

The end of the year is here, I have learned a lot about myself in this 69th year of my life. Taking stock at the end of the year is cause to celebrate. I have learned to live and live more fully; discovered how judgmental I can still be; how the gap between letting go and holding on is getting wider and more comfortable; how rowing makes me feel good even though it is hard in the moment; that making a commitment to myself is more important than making commitments to others.
